for PDF Fast Fill Text, an Android app by MDDEVORA
Effective21 August 2026 Contactmddevelopment6@gmail.com
Your documents never leave your phone. Every PDF and image you fill or edit is created and saved locally — we have no server that receives them.
We don't run our own trackers or analytics. The only outside code in this app is Google AdMob (for ads) and Google Play Billing (for the Pro purchase) — both operate under Google's own privacy terms, not ours.
Buying Pro turns advertising off and stops AdMob from running in the app at all.
Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to add a picture — nothing is accessed in the background.

01
PDF Fast Fill Text ("the app," "we," "us") is developed and published by MDDEVORA. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android app distributed on Google Play under the package name com.mddevora.edit.
The short version: the app is built to do its work — filling text, images, and signatures onto PDFs and photos — entirely on your device. We designed it this way deliberately, not as a privacy feature bolted on afterward.
02
We do not operate any server that the app sends your personal information or documents to. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or contact details through the app itself.
The app's own code processes everything — opening a PDF, placing text, drawing a signature, saving a file — locally on your device, using your phone's processor and storage. Nothing about that process is transmitted anywhere by us.
The only information that reaches anyone outside your device comes from the third-party services described in Section 5, and only for the specific purposes described there.
03
When you save a filled PDF or edited image, the app writes two copies to your device:
One inside the app's private storage, which powers the My Saved Files screen so you can reopen, share, or delete it later from within the app.
One in your phone's public Downloads folder, so the file is easy to find using your phone's own Files app, outside PDF Fast Fill Text.
Both copies stay on your device. Deleting a file from My Saved Files removes the in-app copy; the Downloads copy is managed the same way any other downloaded file on your phone is. Uninstalling the app removes its private storage but does not delete files already copied to Downloads.
04
Android requires apps to declare each permission and explain its use. Here is what each one does in PDF Fast Fill Text and nothing more:
CAMERAOptional. Used only if you tap the camera option to photograph something you want to edit. The app never opens the camera on its own.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGESLets you pick an existing photo from your gallery to edit. Only the image you select is read.
STORAGE (legacy)On older Android versions (12 and below), used to read a PDF you choose and to save your finished files. Modern Android handles this through the system file picker and Downloads folder instead, without a broad storage permission.
INTERNETRequired so Google AdMob can fetch ads and Google Play Billing can process the optional Pro purchase. The app itself has no server to connect to.
05
PDF Fast Fill Text includes two pieces of Google software. Both run under Google's own privacy terms, which we encourage you to read:
Google AdMob — displays the advertising that supports the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID) to select and measure ads. See Google's Partner Sites policy.
Google Play Billing — processes the one-time Pro purchase. Your payment method and billing details are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store your card details. We only learn whether a purchase for the Pro upgrade succeeded.
Neither service can read your PDFs, images, or signatures — they operate independently of the document-editing code and never receive your files.
06
The free version shows an ad when you open the app and, occasionally, when you return to it after switching to another app. These are served by Google AdMob using the advertising identifiers described above.
Purchasing the Pro upgrade through Google Play stops all advertising in the app immediately — the app checks its purchase state before loading any ad, so a Pro device never triggers an ad request at all.
07
We do not sell your information. We do not share your documents, photos, or signatures with anyone — we have no way to, since they never leave your device through our code.
The only outside recipients of any data are Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, each acting for the specific purpose described in Section 5, under Google's own data-handling terms rather than ours.
08
Your saved PDFs and images stay on your device until you delete them from My Saved Files or remove them from Downloads yourself. We have no copy to retain or delete on our end, because we never receive one.
Your Pro purchase status is stored locally on your device and is also recorded with your Google account by Google Play, so it can be restored if you reinstall the app or move to a new device using the same account.

PDF Fast Fill Text is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details in Section 14 and we will address it.
11
Because your files stay on your device, their security depends primarily on your device's own protections — screen lock, encryption, and app permissions. We recommend keeping your phone's operating system up to date and using a lock screen for anything sensitive.
12
Turn off ad personalization in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording varies by Android version), or reset your advertising ID at any time.
Delete a saved file anytime from the My Saved Files screen, or from your phone's Files app for the Downloads copy.
Remove Camera or Photos access for the app in your device's app permission settings — the corresponding features will simply be unavailable.
Uninstall the app at any time to remove its private storage and the Pro purchase record from this device (Google Play retains the purchase record so it can be restored on reinstall).
13
We may update this policy as the app changes — for example, if we add a new feature that touches data differently. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
