Privacy Policy — Galaxy Shooter
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Thank you for playing Galaxy Shooter ("the Game", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game does and does not handle. In short: we do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. The Game has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up.
Information we collect
None. We (the developer) do not collect or store any personal data about you. The Game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.
Data stored on your device
Your high scores are saved only on your own device so you can see your best runs. This information never leaves your phone, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is not linked to your identity. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (you only see an ad if you tap a reward or "continue" button). To serve these ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain data — such as a device advertising identifier, general app-usage and device information, and approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address. This is done by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own policies:
How Google uses information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
Permissions
The Game requests only what is needed to show ads:
Internet access — to load ads.
Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob as described above.
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location hardware, files, or any other sensitive data.
Children's privacy
Galaxy Shooter is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. It contains only cartoon-style arcade space-shooter action, with no violence against people, no profanity, no chat, and no user-generated content.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because the only data handling in the Game comes from Google AdMob, ad content is intended to be age-appropriate. If you believe a child has been shown inappropriate advertising, or if you are a parent or guardian with any concern, please contact us using the details below and we will address it promptly.
We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as they relate to minors.
Data retention and deletion
We hold no data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. The only stored information is your local high-score list, which you control entirely by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game.
Security
Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal information for us to secure. Any advertising data is handled directly by Google under its own security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
